A Recap of Last Week:

During the week of March 30th-April 3rd, you should have completed the following activities on Google Classroom:

1. Apostrophes worksheet

2. To Kill a Mockingbird Intro. Notes

3. Writing Prompt #1

If you have not completed these activities, please submit them as soon as possible.

April 6th- April 9th

Literature:

This week, you will begin reading To Kill a Mockingbird.  In Google Classroom, you will find resources to help during this time including a PDF version of the novel, chapter-by-chapter audio links, along with a study guide.  The study guide is an OPTIONAL assignment.  However, you may want to take some notes about each chapter to review for the quiz that should be completed by the end of the day on Thursday, April 9th.  Log into Skyward on Thursday to complete the quiz. 

Grammar:

Continuing our review of punctuation, this week we will be working on hyphens and brackets.  On Google Classroom, you will find a slideshow of notes along with a worksheet on hyphens and brackets.  The worksheet should be completed by the end of the day on Thursday, April 9th.

Writing:

There is no writing assignment this week.
